The staff here are always so pleasant and welcoming, addressing one by name as soon one walks in.
From my first consultation, I was put at ease, very comforting, especially after having had a bad experience else where . Nikhil took time to explain everything in detail, before my first appointment for treatment was made, ....any concerns along the way, were quickly eradicated. Not left wondering for weeks when I can be seen either, as reception staff, have always been quick to assist in getting an appointment that fits in promptly .
I don't feel like I am going to the Dentist when going to Brunner court..it's now like catching up with friends ..they listen, and there's always good advice given. I highly recommend Brunner court, very helpful & dedicated staff, ensuring the best results, in a relaxed pleasant environment ! Many thanks !

I was refered to Brunner Court by my NHS dentist as I was desperate not to lose a Crown (a tooth near the front - visible if I smiled). That was the biggest favour the dentist EVER did for me.
I have always been absolutely terrified of the dentist and had left the need for the treatment I needed that long that I needed an implant.
Krunal and Kelly must have wondered what on earth had walked in on my first appointment, I could hardly talk and was shaking like a leaf, but I can honestly say that was the last time I will ever fear a dental appointment . The whole team were and still are amazing.
They talk to you and explain exactly what is happening, rather than looking down on you and talking at you and make sure you are really clear with everything before you leave, I’ve also had a few calls after treatment to make sure I was ok.
This is a private practice and aren’t the cheapest, but they are worth every single penny. I will never use an NHS dentist again! and they genuinely feel like friends now (cheesy but true)

If anyone is ever considering Invisalign or Dental treatment I can honestly 100% recommend Brunner Court Dental Practice.
I started my Invisalign journey with Krunal. I was a nervous wreck, and I am not embarrassed to say that I cried at my first appointment! My wonky teeth had really affected my confidence and I was always embarrassed talking to people and would hold my hand up in front of my mouth, to cover my teeth. That first visit when I had to show my teeth – I just broke down – Honestly Krunal and Kelly (dental Nurse) could not have been kinder to me.
Several tissues later, once I had pulled myself together, Krunal explained the process to me and reassured me that my teeth really could be improved, and I should not be embarrassed. Over the next 22 weeks my teeth improved beyond recognition. Each visit I was met with kindness and support. The reception staff have always been amazing – in fact I literally can’t recall ever having anything other than 100% service from the entire team. I now attend the practice for my regular 6 month Dental Visits – I see Leah the hygienist who is so gentle and kind as well as Krunal.
If you are fed up with your dentist and really want top class treatment with a truly amazing friendly caring team – you have to go to Brunner Court (and no I am not paid to say this !!)

I switched to Brunner Court after feeling dissatisfied with my previous dentist that I had been with since I was a child.
The team here has made me absolutely certain that I made the right choice.
Every member of staff is really friendly. The hygienists and dentists are thorough and communicative. Giving lots of advice and explanation, without ever being patronising.
I don't believe they are the cheapest practice in the area, but I do believe they are worth the cost and give good value for money.

As someone who was nervous about going to the dentist & having procedures done, I highly recommend Brunner Court! They have been incredible with accommodating my accessibility needs including mobility, sensory & anxiety needs. They are impeccable with their care and their staff are always happy to answer any questions & help in any way they can!
